This portion of the plan provides benefits for daily utilization, including child well visits, annual physicals, preventive screenings such as mammograms, sick visits to urgent care, and medical events such as a sprained ankle. - Emergency and Major Medical Events
Zion Healthshare - Used for expenses such as Emergency Room, surgeries, childbirth, and more. Members are responsible for their IUA (1000 or 2500), after which Zion pays 100% of sharable expenses. - Mental Health Coverage
Walmart Virtual Behavioral Health - This virtual service allows members and their family members (Age 16+) to receive mental health counseling with licensed and board certified therapists from the comfort of their home.
Alternative Health Plans Low cost medical coverage
